So, here's the thing.

Since the Panic/TYV split, I've been kind of...getting over Jon Walker. And it depresses me! I see a new photo of him and am like :| . I haven't been interested in reading about him lately,  and my otp is over and I'm just kind of meh.

But then he dresses his dog up like a bumble bee and I remember why he's my favorite. Or I see pictures or .gifs of him from 2 years ago and I just have to say JESUS FUCKING CHRIST, I WOULD BANG THAT LIKE A SCREEN DOOR IN A HURRICANE.

This post doesn't really make a lot of sense i guess, but its how i feel. I want to love Jwalk nonstop again :(

I have decided I am going to use my free plane ticket to go see my pearl_o . I was thinking about using it for Chicago - so many people all at my fingertips! - but decided I am not actually ready to go through a winter without seeing my sister.

SOOOO, finals end on Dec 10 (at the latest for me,) and I could go and visited her and fox1013 for Erica's birthday, but I'm leaning closer to going after Christmas, which would mean Dec 26 (at the earliest) to Jan 3rd (at the latest). I don't know when Erica's break starts so i have no idea if she'd even be done with school by the time her birthday comes, but we will figure it out.

I want post-divorce Jon/Brendon. Brendon texts him that they need to hang, so Jon comes over and there's a bit of awkward-ness and Brendon is like, "you un-followed be on Twitter, dude."

Okay, here's the thing.

I like AFYCSO. I do! But I've only been able to enjoy it after falling head over heels for P.O. I listen to AFYCSO and my mind thinks "lol ryan ross" and "the live versions are so much better" and "jfc, I hate this song, WHY IS IT STILL ON MY IPOD?"

So, I'm not sure I'll be able to enjoy Brendon and Spencer's new stuff, since I can't just lol at Ryan Ross being a pretentious douchey teenager. Because that's what I'm thinking when I listen to it. It makes me lol.

I hope that since it is just a demo, in the real tracks there won't be that techno/electronica feel. (LOL NOT GONNA HAPPEN.)

I want to hear the songs they were doing with Jon and Ryan. I want to know what they were writing and how it sounded and I want to know why the fuck they are going back to this kind of music. I can't get any of those answers, but I'm wondering.

In the end, I just wish Jon hadn't left with Ryan. That sounds so stupid of me. I think it's maybe just because I'm a Jon!wife. I don't know. I mean, of course they'd leave together, whatever. ETA: When I think logically, I'm probably glad they left together. But I'd rather not think logically.

Let's hope we get Jon singing on their new stuff!

Here's the thing. "Ryan and Jon wanting to stay 60s-ish while Brendon and Spencer want more Panic!-like" doesn't make sense to me. I just don't get that thinking.

I thought a lot about it last night when I was trying to sleep, and it still makes no sense to me. And I don't know why they would want that damn exclamation point back. I didn't like it in the first place. (Yes, it did always make me read it as PANIC! at the disco. and then I'd feel dumb.)

I think it was foxxcub who thinks they've pretty much been broken up since Cape Town. I have to disagree, just because of one thing. The photo Shane twittered of all of them playing music together.

A Beauty and the Beast au where Jon Walker is the Beast, and Brendon is Belle.

Obviously, if you stuck to the movie, Jon would not to be the Beast at all (though he'd be a decent Chip!)

Think about it! Jon would be the worst beast ever! He'd be so upset everyone was scared of him! He'd just want to show everyone the kittens the stray in the barn just gave birth to! Brendon would be the weirdo hottie in town that everyone thought was a freak and is always singing!

pearl_o was whining to me about how I never update, and that I should talk about how much I love Joan of Arcadia.

I really, really, really, love Joan of Arcadia. I own the first season, and am rewatching it with Erica.  I love Adam Rove so much, you guys don't even know. (I used to have this icon of Lloyd Dobler, and it said "Adam Rove of the 80s. Lloyd Dobler was the first character I ever fell for, so I think that says something.) He is so sweet and he loves Jane so much and his life is so hard. But if anyone says he was in season two I WILL CUT YOU.  ADAM ROVE DISAPPEARED WHEN SEASON 2 STARTED.

I would say there was no season 2, but Grace/Luke! Grace's Bat Mitzvah!

I forgot how very embarrassment -squicky  Joan was though. I  could go on for a long time about it.

Also, in Erica's casting Brendon would be Luke, but really, Brendon is so Friedman it's not even funny.
